1. Before doing anything, restart the computer.
2. Before opening ProPresenter, open Blackmagic Desktop Video Setup

3. Click the button below the picture of the video card. This opens the settings for port 1 of the video card.

4. For "Default Video Standard", select 1080p 60.

5. Click the "Connectors" Tab.

6. For "Connector" select SDI 1 In Or Out.

7. Close Desktop Video Setup
8. Unplug the red audio interface and plug it back in.

9. Open ProPresenter
