I’m convinced that the first thing Jesus will ask you about is the last thing out of His mouth before He left the earth: “Go into ALL the world & preach the Gospel to every creature!” When He asks you, “Did you do it?” What will your reply be?
The Lord desires that NONE should perish. I Timothy 2:1-4 It IS His will for ALL to know Him! Won’t you give Him His desire?
“The supreme task of the Church is the evangelization of the world.” – Oswald J. Smith
“The Great Commission commands us to GO into all the world” &/or send a substitute! God requires perfection (not excellence) and it only comes through obedience. Imperfect people can obey perfectly. Will you obey? Will you go? Will you $end?

Hello Friends,
The GREATEST obstacle to fulfilling the great commission is still a shortage of laborers. The SOLUTION is painfully obvious: pray for, train up and send out gospel workers!
I have been afforded an opportunity, in the grace of God, and I’m writing to invite you to be a part of it. We are partnering with another ministry to launch yet another Bible School to train up GOSPEL LABORERS! We will plant this minister’s training center in Kathmandu, Nepal!!!
For those of you who know me well, you will remember that this has been in my heart for YEARS. I even took a “Prayer and Scouting” trip almost 2 years ago when the Lord gave us the go-ahead. This new base will begin THIS AUGUST when I plan to fly over and get things kicked off.
Nepal is a nation in GREAT NEED. The door is WIDE-OPEN to the gospel. If you would like more information on how you can give to this mission please call 251.471.2914 or email us at nationshakers@kevincooley.com.
Blessings,
Kevin W. Cooley

The workers God needs are IN the harvest! The co-laborers we need are still waiting out in the harvest. What are they waiting for? Some one to bring them the good news!
T.L. Osborn said, “Go out where the people are.”
Matt. 20:1-16 tells a story of workers that were unemployed… They were NOT out where the people were. The Life-Guard that doesn’t watch the water, looking for people in need of help, is not fulfilling his responsibility. We are life-guards.
Life can keep us busy, but it’s there in the midst of our busyness that we need to open our eyes & see if there is anyone in desperate need of a Savior. Jesus was busy but never lost sight of His prime directive.
Our purpose here on earth goes beyond basking in the goodness of the Son. We can no longer turn a deaf ear to those who are drowning around us.
PROVERBS 21:13 Whoever shuts his ears to the cry of the poor will also cry himself and not be heard.

Where ARE the workers God needs… that we (as leaders) need? Where do we go to find workers? Bible colleges & seminaries? Harvard School do Business? Churches? Prophetic meetings? No, none of these. Where then? On our knees before the throne of God! (ALL we need is IN His presence.) Prayer is never the least we can do it is always the most we can do. Zech 10:1
So, pray! Pray for someone specifically… Call their name out to God this week, & ask Him to make YOU a laborer!

It was November of 1997. I stood on a balcony in Calcutta India looking out over people as they wandered here & there. Some headed to work, some aimless, others just trying to survive. I asked, “Lord, do you want me to come here? Live here? What would You have me do?” This is what came bubbling up in my heart: Matt 9:35-38 Then He said, “Pastor the pastors that pastor the people.”
Notice what Jesus did NOT say, “The harvest is plentiful, but the dollars are few.” Nor did Jesus say, “The harvest is plentiful but the property is too expensive.” He didn’t say, “The harvest is plentiful but we first need the latest self-help book or practical program.” NO! The missing ingredients aren’t pennies, property, parking lots or programs. Jesus said, “The harvest is plentiful but the WORKERS are few.” That’s what’s missing: Workers!
No workers – no harvest! Do you need a harvest in your life? Is there someone you love or know that is “lost” or “harassed, like a sheep without a shepherd?” Be a worker.

The TRUTH is compassion cannot be pushed on us from obligation, it is something that comes out from within. Jesus had it in Him! Compassion, according to the Greek, comes from the bowels. It take guts to care for the lost. It’s something you feel in your gut. Real compassion doesn’t come about by lawsuits or guilt. It’s a feeling that may stir in your stomach but it comes out in your eyes, your words, your smile, & your actions.
Compassion is refusing to leave someone in the condition that you’ve found them in.
Compassion Sees: John 4:35
I can’t accept that if we love Jesus we will be able to sit back and sunbathe while millions around us drown. I believe the reason we don’t feel compassion is because we simply don’t SEE that the multitudes are indeed drowning.
James 5:7
See means to perceive the meaning or importance of; to be AWARE!
Proverbs 10:4-5
Sometimes I will intentionally go to a crowed place just to stand & watch people, and ask God to break my heart again for the lost. And, I’m embarrassed to say, sometimes it takes a while… They are shepherdless sheep! They aren’t just heading to the next department store but to a Christless Eternity!
May we take time to SEE people again today.

Chuck Swindoll tells the story of an actual court case in Massachusetts back in the late 1920’s: It concerned a man who had been walking along a pier when suddenly he tripped over a rope & fell into the deep waters of that ocean bay. He came up sputtering screaming for help, then sank beneath the surface. For some reason he was unable to swim or stay afloat. His friends heard his faint cries in the distance, but were too far away to rescue him. But within only a few yards was a young man lounging on a deck chair, sunbathing. Not only could the sunbather hear the drowning man plead, “Help, I can’t swim” he was also an excellent swimmer. But the tragedy is that he did nothing. He only turned his head to watch indifferently as the man finally sank & drowned. The family of the victim was so upset by that display of extreme indifference, that they sued the sunbather. The result? They lost the case. With a measure of reluctance the court ruled that the man on the dock had no legal responsibility whatsoever to try to save the drowning man’s life. Swindoll goes on to say, “You & I have a legal right to mind our own business – to turn a deaf ear to anyone in need, to continue sunbathing while someone is drowning. We are not obligated to respond. Indifference may not be illegal, but it is certainly immoral!”
Matthew 9:36-38 “Jesus was moved with compassion…”
